Hooman founded Lost Spirit Group in 1998 and has overseen its growth to become one of the most respected independent companies in the industry. During his career he has worked in all genres of content creation including film, theatre, opera, commercials, animation, games and broadcast TV, winning multiple awards. Running Lost Spirit has given Hooman a unique insight into the industry and the variety of qualities needed to enable the company to compete and thrive on a global scale.
With over 20 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in the high-volume media industry, Hooman has always had a passion for live TV and has worked as an Operations Director, Head of Operations and Engineering, Executive Producer, Director, Creative Director, Systems Integrator, with a deep technical understanding of what it takes to bring a channel together. He has helped to launch and restructure media organizations globally. Hooman has directed, designed (light, set, costume, puppet, etc.) and acted on over fifty productions of theatre, opera, music theatre, dance in Iran, the UK and Europe.
