Mashhoud has been working in various fields of art for more than 23 years. His interest in storytelling has made him more active in the field of dramatic literature. He has worked in various fields of media such as press, television, film and theatre. Evident in his dramatic arts education, he is the author of several plays and screenplays, many of which have been produced nationally and internationally. He has also worked as a journalist in the fields of film and theater criticism and specialized art articles.
Mashhoud has produced and directed several programs and documentaries about history of dubbing in Iran, cinema analysis programs, world classic cinema and cinematic special effects and biographies of Iranian writers and poets. Being a member of select committee for scripts and producing programs for different networks has helped him to have experience and decision-making ability to determine the type, genre, budget and quality of TV programs and to use his valuable knowledge to manage programming.
